  1. Data controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data provided by data subjects via the www.deepull.com website ("Website") is Deepull Diagnostics, S.L. with registered office at Calle Baldiri Reixac 4 – 8, 08028 (Barcelona), contact email address privacy@deepull.com (only for questions and concerns related to personal data processing) and identification number B55356729 ("Deepull" or "Company").

  1. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Deepull processes the personal data provided by data subjects to manage the relationship with its customers and/or potential customers, as well as with any interested party who contacts Deepull. The basis for this processing is the existence of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, as well as the legitimate interest that Deepull may have in providing any interested party a response to its queries or concerns.

  1. Recipients and international data transfers

Deepull has service providers who act as data processors and help us to carry out our work. Deepull’s data processors only process personal data in accordance with the instructions provided by Deepull. In compliance with data protection regulations, Deepull has signed contracts with all its service providers governing the processing of personal data.

Deepull may transfer data to service providers or other third parties outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). When transferring personal data to a country or territory outside the EEA, Deepull will ensure that such country or territory provides an adequate level of protection in accordance with the European Commission. In the absence of an European Commission adequacy decision, Deepull will make sure that appropriate safeguards apply in compliance with the data protection regulations, including the adoption of standard contractual clauses, codes of conduct and mechanisms for certification with such providers or third parties, amongst others.

In addition to the above, on occasion, Deepull may need to disclose your information to third parties, including courts, law enforcement agencies, public prosecutors, consulting and legal firms, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

  1. Data retention periods

Deepull will retain your personal data in accordance with our internal data retention periods and in no event will it be retained for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

Once the purposes have been fulfilled, Deepull will keep the personal data duly blocked to the extent that liability may arise for Deepull or where required by applicable law.

  1. User rights

You have the right to exercise at any time, under the terms established by current legislation, your right of access, rectification, or erasure of data, request the limitation or objection of the processing, request the portability of your data, as well as withdraw your consent previously provided, by sending an e-mail to the following address: privacy@deepull.com. If you have given your consent for a purpose, you can also withdraw this consent freely without any aggravation for you. In any case, you may at any time file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es
